Terms and Conditions

Please read the information below

Payment Terms and Refunds
A €250 deposit is due upon booking a treatment. Payment of this €250 holds the desired appointment date. While we try in some cases to hold dates for patients, there is no guarantee unless the deposit has been paid.
The balance of the treatment cost is due no less than 1 month before treatment. Failure to pay this on time, will mean this date could be offered to another patient.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel your procedure less than 1 month prior to your appointment date, an administration fee of €250 will be applied. This is because we have to allocate surgical resources once a booking is made.
If you cancel your procedure less than 14 days prior to your appointment date, a fee of €1,000  will be applied to cover expenses incurred.
If you cancel your procedure less than 7 days prior to your appointment date or  do not show up to your procedure on the day, the full amount will be applied.

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your procedure more than 1 month out from your treatment date, we will always do our best to assist based on availability.
If you wish to reschedule within a month of your treatment date more than 14 days prior to your appointment date, an administration fee of €250 will be applied.
If you decide to reschedule your procedure 7 days or less prior to your appointment date, an administration fee of €2,500 will be applied.
Refunds are not given for dissatisfaction with cosmetic results where the procedure was carried out as agreed.

8. Complications and Revisions
While rare, medical complications such as infection, poor graft survival, or scarring can occur. In such cases, the clinic will provide appropriate medical advice or support. Any revision or corrective procedures may be chargeable unless it is determined, at the clinic’s sole discretion, that the issue arose due to fault on the part of the clinic.

9. Right to Refuse or Withdraw Treatment
The clinic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any stage if it is deemed:

  • Medically unsafe to proceed
  • Inappropriate due to patient conduct
  • Logistically or ethically problematic

This includes abusive behaviour, threats, unreasonable demands, or non-compliance with medical advice.

10. Use of Medical Records and Photography
The patient consents to the taking and storage of clinical photographs for medical documentation. These photographs may be used anonymously for educational, training, or promotional purposes unless the patient explicitly opts out in writing.

11. Third-Party Products and Services
The clinic shall not be held responsible for any outcomes or adverse effects arising from the use of third-party products or services (e.g., shampoos, supplements, treatments) not provided or directly recommended by the clinic.

12. Data Protection and Confidentiality
The clinic complies with all applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, where applicable). All personal and medical data provided will be stored securely and used only for clinical and administrative purposes. Your data will never be shared with third parties without your express consent unless required by law.

13. Force Majeure
The clinic shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, power failures, government restrictions, or staff illness.

14. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute or complaint, the patient agrees to first raise the issue directly with the clinic in writing. We aim to resolve complaints swiftly and professionally. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to pursue mediation before engaging in legal action. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the laws and courts of Ireland.

15. Claims and Time Limits
Any concerns or claims relating to the treatment must be submitted in writing within 12 months of the procedure. Claims raised beyond this period may not be considered valid.

Patient Declaration
By proceeding with treatment and/or submitting payment, the patient confirms that they:

  • Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
  • Have had the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification.
  • Accept that the clinic’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the treatment.
